Evie the elephant was lazy. She loved to eat and sleep, but she didn't like to exercise. One day, Evie's friend, Faye the fox, came over to visit. Faye was very active and loved to exercise.She asked Evie if she wanted to go for a walk with her, but Evie said no. She didn't want to get tired. Faye was disappointed, but she didn't give up. She kept asking Evie to exercise with her, and eventually, Evie agreed.Evie and Faye went for a walk around the park, and Evie was surprised to find that she enjoyed it. She felt good afterward, and she realized that exercise wasn't so bad after all. Evie started exercising with Faye every day, and she soon started to feel healthier and stronger. She had more energy, and she was able to do things that she couldn't do before.Evie was so happy that she had decided to start exercising, and she knew that she would never go back to being a lazy elephant again. Moral of the story: Exercise is important for your health and well being. It can help you lose weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases, and improve your mood. So get up and get moving!.
