Excerpt from The Book: "The Day the Balloons Got Loose."

One day, a group of balloons got loose. They floated up into the sky and away from the children who had been playing with them. They watched the balloons and wondered where they would land. The balloons floated and floated,They floated over the trees and the houses. They floated over the river and the park. They floated all the way to the top of the world, where they met a giant. The giant was surprised to see the balloons.He had never seen balloons like them before. But when he looked down he saw some kids looking up. "I think I know what they are looking for," said the giant. He took the balloons and carried them back to the children.The children were so happy to see their balloons again! They thanked the giant and played with their balloons all day long.
